Comment
This is a rare disorder characterized by the occurrence of multiple small hyperkeratotic skin lesions on arms, legs and pinnae[1]. An association with basal and squamous cell skin cancer has been suggested[2]. A relation with internal malignancies has been reported as well, however, details on these cases (e.g. all old age at diagnosis ?) were limited[3].
